I uploaded my signature after rotating it correctly, but in printout page its showing totally 180 degree reverse sign, can i upload my signature again

See you didn't mentioned the name of the examination or the purpose for which you have uploaded the signature. So giving you a conclusive answer isn't possible. In general every examination gives a rectification time for the photo or signature section. So you will get a chance later .
