I uploded my pic with blue background .i got a sms for correcting signature but not pic do i need to change my pic also??

As most of the official document or form filling asks to upload the photo with white or bright background, yours one with the blue background will be considered valid. As you got the message for correcting your signature you only need to do so and for the photo, it's not necessary but if you want you can correct it.
