Yes it will cause problem. You have to try contacting NTA and reach out the possible solution. It can cause problem during geneartion of admit card or during counselling.

The photograph may have been accepted as for now, but in future it may create a problem for you. But don't worry. You will be notified by nta regarding the correction or editing in your application form at the time of opening of correction window, from 15 January 2020 onwards.
