The eligibility criteria for UPSC is passed graduation in any discipline from a recognized University with no minimum aggregate required for this, you can apply even in the final year, you need to attain 21 years age, now if you're wholly focused on qualifying UPSC CSE then most definitely combination of humanities subject will help you a lot, as the syllabus of UPSC is more humanities oriented.

For appearing into UPSC examination , you just need to complete your graduation form a recognised institution in any stream. It doesn't matter in which field you are doing your graduation. You can choose the subject according to your interest and you can keep that subject as an optional paper in UPSC exam. Optional paper is very important segment as it contains 500 marks.
