I wanna join in vit Vellore campus for integrated( btech+mtech) course 5 years? Is integrated course good for study? Or else btech is best?

It is better to go for B.tech rather than doing an integrated course. Post completion of B.tech you might consider working for sometime before choosing your field of specialisation. Gaining some experience before pursuing a master's degree helps a candidate to understand the practical implications of subjects that they read, therefore helping them to make better decisions.
