Hello,
To join the NDA (National Defence Academy) and become an officer, proficiency in basic mathematics is essential, but you need a strong foundation in higher-level math topics such as algebra, trigonometry, calculus, and geometry for the written exam.
Along with mathematics, focus on subjects like Physics, Chemistry, English, General Knowledge, and Current Affairs. Choose science subjects (preferably Physics and Mathematics) in school, as they are required for technical branches like the Air Force and Navy.
Physical fitness and leadership skills are also critical. Preparing holistically with emphasis on academics, physical training, and communication skills will increase your chances.
Hope it helps !
