It's fine if you use your college Id as your identity proof. All the Valid IDs options areAadhaar- UID, Passport, PAN Card, Voter ID, College ID, Employee ID, and Driving License.
Apart from that you need to upload a photograph of yours with white background and a scanned pic of your signature in running hand.
Any category certificate or certificate for dyslexia is also to be attached if you have it.
