EAMCET exam is of 3 hours duration having MCQ type questions from PCM/PCB subjects upto class XII level.
NCERTs are the best source to prepare for Chemistry. Some of the most important chapters for chemistry are: Atomic structure, Chemical Bonding, Aldehyde and Ketones, Carboxylic Acids and derivatives.
First go through the NCERT and revise the concepts. Than look at the previous year papers to get feel of . Work on the topics ypu are weak in.
For Physics the most important topics are: Mechanics, Modern Physics, Electrostatics, Electricity. You need to practice a lot of conceptual and numerical problem for Physics.
For mathematic the important topic are: Integral Calculus, Analytic Geometry, Differential Calculus.
Again previous year questions would give you the idea about level of questions asked.

There are no tricks dear. Just focus on sections you are strong at and try to maximise your score in those sections.
