University Grants Commission has approved the proposal of study two degree simultaneously but one degree must be in regular mode and the other degree must be in distance/ part-time/ open mode from two same Institutes or different Institutes.

If you want to study Language degree and Psychology degree simultaneously from same Institute then you must choose one degree to pursue in distance/ open/ part-time mode.

Point to be noted is you cannot study two degrees simultaneously in regular mode. So, out of the two degrees one can be regular mode and the other must be in open/ distance/ part-time.

What I recommend is to study Language degree in regular mode and Psychology mode or open mode from same Institute if that open is there or else go for some other Institute with the availability of the mode.
