As cut-off marks vary year to year depending upon number of students appear in the exam and the difficulty level of the exam so as per the analysis the level of NEET exam was from easy to moderate so there will be a slight increase in cut-off marks this year so if you belong to general category and if you are applying under 85% state quota seats then you should score above 540 marks and if you are applying under 15% all India quota seats then you should score above 600 marks to secure a seat in grant medical College.
Generally the fees structure of government medical Colleges are less than a lakh per year so for this college the total fees will be around 4.28 lakhs and for more information you can visit on the below link.

79,801 ( for curriculum)
And
1089 ( for procedural activities)
