At this score, it is impossible to get a government MBBS seat. Not even in category. However, since you have qualfied NEET, you can try for private colleges. Although chances are not much there either but you can try at least. If you get a seat, it would be most likely an AYUSH or Bvsc seat.

Sorry to say but you haven't scored very good and you have less chances to get goverment seat but you can apply for deemed universities or try again next year.
