It is possible to get admission in 5th semester to other colleges if you are facing problems in your previous one but for this you should contact to college whether they are willing to give you admission in mid way or lateral entry.
You have to obtain a ‘No Objection Certificate’ from your current college and there should be no backlog in any subjects.get enrolled yourself and enjoy your new college.
