Dear Bisahu,

To become an IAS Officer you will need to first obtain a Bachelor Degree, which is one of the minimum eligibility criteria for becoming an IAS Officer. After that, you must qualify yourself for the Civil Service Exam, by holding a passed bachelor's degree. After you qualify the exam, then you should focus on clearing the Civil Service Main Examination.

You can only clear the UPSC CSE Exam by working hard and you should be ranked among the top candidates for getting in as an IAS Officer.

I hope this helped you. If you have any more queries please do ask.

Dear Bisahu, you haven't mentioned your highest qualification. To be eligible to appear for Civils Exam, you need to be a graduate in any discipline. To clear Civils and become an IAS officer, you have to cross 3 steps i.e. Preliminary Examination, Mains Examination and Personal Interview. First off you need to complete your Graduation because the basic eligibility criteria to apply for Preliminary examinations that you should have a Bachelor's degree. The Prelims exam has 2 papers which test your General Knowledge and Aptitude. You move on to the 2nd round which is Mains only if you clear the Prelims. And the next is the Personal Interview round. This tests your pesonality, attitude. Finally based on your performance, the final merit list will be prepared and rank will be declared.
