To be a business manager you need skills like Communication skills , Leadership, Financial Intelligence, Critical Thinking , Creativity and Innovation, problem solving.a person never born with all skills they need to develop skills.to help out students to build skills for business ,management course is available in India.
after 12th you can enroll yourself in BBA or b.com course which is suitable for business point of view and after completing your bachelor degree get in business school pursue MBA course.many colleges also offers integrated course BBA+MBA.
