To be eligible for MTS DRDO exam, you need to complete your 10th or equivalent exam from any recognised board or from Industrial Training Institute. It is a great opportunity for anyone who is looking for a career in the Defence sector. MTS stands for Multi Tasking Staff. The job profile includes keeping the premises clean. The selected Candidates will be responsible for delivering material, computer related work and diary dispatch. Candidates will be responsible for carrying files and important documents within the premises. They are also responsible for physical maintenance of the records of the concerned section, general cleanliness and photcopying of sensitive documents. The selection process will consist of Tier 1 and Tier 2. Both of them will be online mode. The Tier 1 round has General Intelligence and Reasoning Ability for 35 questions. These 35 questions will be allotted 35 marks. General Awareness has 30 questions carrying 1 mark each with 30 marks. Quantitave Aptitude and Numerical Ability has 35 questions and carry 35 marks.
