I want do m.tech in cs&e,but in r.v clg I won't get.I can get IT course in r.v clg,what priority I give either clg or course

Well, if you are getting IT in your preferred college instead of CSE, then I would recommend you to join IT in R.V. College.
This is because there is not much difference between IT and CSE in Indian engineering curriculum. CSE and IT students are given same opportunities in most aspects be it placements or PSUs. So make your decision wisely.
