I want government engineering colleges can I choose during counseling of tnea or I should already fill the choice online

Hello dear!!!
You are expected to fill up the counselling page online. So I think that you should opt for the colleges as per the preference order you have.
And on the counselling centre you will be told whether you will get college or should proceed the colleges further below your preference line.
