You have to fill up the form for the comedk  which you are saying but ultimately you have to appear for Neet and get a good rank over there and the counselling for the private medical college in Karnataka will also be dependent on your Neet rank only after which you need to fill up the forms to be eligible for the state counselling based on the Neet rank

To take admission in private Medical/Dental colleges in Karnataka you have to appear for NEET entrance exam and counselling will be held throug state (KCET).

You have to apply for the application form of state counselling (KCET) in order to take part in counselling.

State will conduct the counselling to provide admission in both government and private colleges.

To apply for government colleges you need domicile certificate. For private colleges all the students are eligible.
