TO apply for MNSSBY(Bihar Student Credit Card online)...
- Click on 'New Applicant Registration'
https://www.7nishchay-yuvaupmission.bihar.gov.in/
- Fill in the details and click on 'Send OTP'
- Enter the OTP received on your mobile number/email ID and click on 'Submit'
- You have successfully registered yourself. ...
- Login using the credentials received via SMS/email .
