Hello Krupakar, None of the NITs have any specialized course specifically for artificial intelligence. There are some of the subjects in 3rd year though which are related to artificial intelligence and machine learning but there is no full length course of 4 years or 2 years masters degree in artificial intelligence. You can go to abroad universities which have a very diverse options in artificial intelligence.
