The Post Graduate Diploma In Medical Technology is a 2 year course that you can apply for after you have completed your Science Stream Graduation with Chemistry as an elective.

Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT), needs only 10+2 education needs science as your background (Physics, Chemistry, Biology)

For both courses there are no common entrance exams, it is based on merit meaning on the marks you have obtained in your B.Sc. or 10+2, whichever is applicable.
