As per the official website the counseling for All India quota / institutional quota / state quota of some university i.e. aligarh muslim university., BHU etc. Will be conducted by MCC or by DGHS.
Candidates of Ap and telangana are eligible for 15% all india quota. The non refundable fee and fundable tution fee should be paid at the time of registration. You need to apply for the registration process at the official website of MCC.
After the registration process you have the option to undergo for choice filling then you have the seat allotment process. After the process you need to wait for the allotment results to know which colleges you have been alloted. Then you have to report yourself at the allotted college.

You'll be able to register for first round of NEET counselling from 27th October. You can register yourself online from following link mcc.nic.in . You will be allowed to fill choices till 2nd November. The counselling results for first round will be out on 5th November.
