i want take in b.a history and political science. i will take both subjects in degree 1st ,2nd and 3rd year

Yes, you can take history and political science in your 3-year undergraduate course.
If you want, you can study either one of the subjects as Honours and the other as a pass subject.
For example you can study B.A History (Honours) and Political Science as a pass subject and Vice Versa.
