Hi aspirant,
Bachelors in Pharmacy is a UG course of 4 years and trains candidates in the world of medicine and pharmaceutical drugs.
The course requires the follow criterias:
1) 10+2 with core subjects being physics, chemistry, maths and biology.
2) Some college take in direct admission through 10+2 but some colleges requie the candidate to answer an entrance exam which may be any one of the following:
1)BITSAT: Birla Institute of Technology and Sciences Aptitude Test that is conducted for seeking admission in B. Pharmacy courses. It is generally conducted in the month of May.
2)WBJEE: West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination is also conducted in the month of May generally for admission to Bachelor of Pharmacy course.
3)TSEAMCET: Another exam that also gives admission to B. Pharmacy and is conducted in the month of May.
Out of the 3 exams any one can be answered by the candidates. However, a candidate who answers BITSAT and WBJEE is more likely to get admissions directly based on merit scare as these exams test the candidate thoroughly. All these exams ask general questions on Physics, Chemistry, Maths, Biology and English proficiency and Logical reasoning.
Thank You.
