MHT CET application form 2021 for re-exam was available from October 1 to 3. Candidates had to fill MHT CET re-exam application form within the specified dates to appear in the exam. Candidates had to simply login using their MHT CET 2021 application number and date of birth to register for the re-exam.

MHT CET 2021 registration was open from August 12 to 16.
