I want to apply for Admission in Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal Uttarakhand University For UG course of BA Political Science Honours.....but still my Class 12 board exam haven't taken due to this pandemic I want to know that can I apply for admission in this university for 1st Semester......

Admission to UG Programmes at Hemvati Nandan Garhwal University is based on merit scored in the 12th examinations. At this point in time, the official announcement for application process has not been released yet and so we can wait. Ideally candidates who are also appearing for their 12th can register for the admission process. By that time hopefully your exams would be completed. Right now, as the Corona Pandemic has caused delay in all admission processes, the University will also consider scheduling its date so as to match the 12th board exam results.
