In the application form a lot of times, it is required for students to fill in their full name which includes both first name and surname. So if you don't have any surname then you should try by writing N/A there. Also you should email the authorities once and ask them the same and should clarify what should be done in this situation. Because if it is mandatory to be filled both names then it has to be done to complete the application form.
