I want to apply for second counseling .If I get average college in 2nd phase,if I'm not satisfied by that college,can I able to join in 1st

Hello aspirant,
Hope you're doing well so as per your query you cannot able to join the previous college Thier is a chance if getting the 1st college if the student who allotted that seat leaves the seat than you will be able to get back that seat or else the seat will be allowted to some one else so choose wisely the options before freezing
