Yes IGNOU takes a test IGNOU OPENMAT which is conducted twice every year. You can apply for this exam by IGNOU's website : https://onlineadmission.ignou.ac.in/entranceopenmat/ . You should fill the exam form and pay the exam fee online before the last date of OPENMAT. The above link will work only when the dates are announced for next OPENMAT. By the way, to do MBA from IGNOU, you must have atleasy 3 years of experience in the relevant sector.
