As you must be knowing that the NTSE examination is conducted into Two Stages: stage 1 and stage 2.

The stage 1 is conducted by the SCERT which is under the State Authority and NCERT conducts the stage 2 examination at the national level.

Stage 1 examination dates have been released by the respective authorities of states and the stage 2 too will be soon declared.

These are the basic information which I have given to you and if you want to know that will you be able to submit then my answer is no you can't submit when the date is over,you have to submit it in under the date assigned to you to by the Examination Authority.

No you cannot submit the certificate after the end date. You will have to submit it on time. National Talent Search Examination (NTSE) is an offline scholarship exam for class 10 students to encourage higher studies in the field of Science and Social science. This exam is conducted by NCERT at two stages. SCERT or other authority of the respective state conducts stage 1 at the state level and stage 2 exam is held by NCERT at the national level.  NCERT announced NTSE 2021 stage 1 dates and will release the stage 2 exams. The new NTSE 2021-22 date are announced through an official notification on ncert.nic.in.
