I want to ask that can we take direct admission in btech 1st year in IET, BIET, KNIT without considering upsee score or someone got low score in upsee and want to take admission, can he /she can take admission directly.

Hello, you have to give Upsee for admission in these colleges and you can't take admission in these government colleges without giving Upsee exam.
If you have any category it would help you to get a branch.
As all these three colleges are top colleges of Upsee exams cutoffs are very high especially for CS branch.
