No, you will not get admission to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi on the basis of JEE main. Bachelor of Technology (BTech) is a full-time four-year undergraduate Engineering degree program and it is offered by the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi. All applicants must appear in the CET conducted. The admissions would be based on merit/rank in the CET. The Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU), Delhi was established in 1998.
