Hello aspirant,
I am student studying the same course at Chris University, Bangalore. No ,maths isn't mandatory for bcom f&a. But you do have maths as part of your studies. It would be better if you had maths in grade 12 as it gets easier to manage maths that way. But maths isn't mandatory for bcom f&a at Christ University.
Hello,
Admission to all Programmes is based on A cademic achievement and CHRIST (Deemed to be University) Selection Process. The B.com Programme provides a strong foundation level understanding of the functioning of business organizations, commercial transactions and various specialized operations such as accounting, finance, marketing and human resource by offering a comprehensive.
Yes , Math is compulsory for B.Com (H) in this university. If you're a non-mathematics student, so can do B.com .
Christ University as such doesn’t have any admission criteria that makes Maths necessary for students who want to pursue B.com (Hons) . Although, it is not necessary, still if you have studied Math, then you are going to have an upper hand over others. This is because of the fact that you have a subject called ‘Business Mathematics” in the 4th semester of the B.com (Hons) program.
Hope it helps!
Feel free to ask if you have any more queries. All the best!
Thank you.
