In my opinion you should go through the normal course in CSE and maybe cloud computing certification if you think of it. Please remember Cloud Computing is a marketing term and not something to do with core technology. Many different technologies integrate to provide IT services known as cloud services.

It is not easy to make a definitive statement regarding which course is better, B.Tech CSE or B.Tech IT. Both programs have their benefits and challenges. However, if you are still contemplating which specialisation to pursue in computer engineering, then B.Tech CSE will be the better choice for you as the program will cover a range of topics which will give you a better idea about setting your goals regarding higher education and your career.

However, if you have set your heart on joining the IT industry then B.Tech IT would be the best option for you, followed by M.Tech IT to help you create the right foundation in the IT industry. This program will help you land jobs in top IT companies in India as well as around the globe.
