If you could just mention that which institute or University you are talking about, it would be easier for us to clear your query.
Different institutes have diffredif dates and programmes regarding the same course so until and unless you mention specifically the name of the institute we wouldn't be able to clear your doubt.

There are two sessions one in each January and July. There's no December session.
The official dates are not released yet.
It's advicable to follow their Official website.
