Hi Rupak,
You have to register for JENPAUH 2018 Counselling through the official website and pay the counselling fee. Then, fill the required details and select the colleges as per your preference and availability of seats. You'll be called in for the counselling round and allotted a seat. You are then expected to complete the document verification process and report to the college that has been allotted to you and confirm the seat by payment of admission fee.

The counselling hasn't started, no notice regarding this on the official website yet but according to some sources, it will tentatively start in the mid July.
