I want to be a practicing surgeon in uk/us, how should I go about with my studies? will an mbbs degree in india grant me the permission to specialise in uk?

Dear Aspirant,
If you want to practise in US/UK provided you have a mbbs degree in India ,you are required to be registered with the GMC(General Medical Council) with license to practise .If you wish to work as a doctor in UK you must give the necessary International English Language Testing System.
Criteria required for registration:
- Evidence of Acceptable primary medical qualification
- Required Skills and capabilities.
