It good that you have a choice .If you have done 12th with computer science you must be knowing about it.And if not then also there is no issue,you can opt for Computer science course if you want to be an engineer and if you don't want to do btech then you can do BCA .There are several colleges for BCA in india.Below there is list of some top colleges:
1.Xavier's institute of computer application,Ahmedabad
2.Inmantec institutions,Ghaziabad
3.Hindu institute of management,Sonepat
There are lot more.It depends on the city from where you want to do and you can do the research accordingly.
