Hi for being a civil servant you don't actually need any specific degree, you can go with ether of them depending upon your interest. For becoming a civil servant one has to give Civil Service Exams. You have to first decide what type of Cvil Services you want to go in and then you can prepare for the Exam accordingly. There are lot of choices which you can opt for like IAS, IPS etc. To be civil servent you need the following things:

1. Age 21-30 years

2.Bachelor's Degree in any field.

3. Clearification of UPSC exam
