i want to become a computer science engineer, i passed 12 this year, i got low mark in jee main, can i get a seat fir that using this mark, or there is any private or government colleges recruiting students using 12th mark with low fee structure?

There are many private colleges which accept students with there 12 marks.

Dream institute of technology
And many more .
If you have no problem then you can try another attempt next year. It would be better.
And if you had mentioned your rank jee mains it would have been easier to answer
