Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you the integrated program that is B.SC + B.E.D is much more better option as compared to separate B.SC and B.E.D as doing integrated course will save one year as integrated course is of 4 years and doing it separately will cost you 5 years that is 3 years of B.SC and 2 years of B.E.D. So i would like to suggest you to do integrated program as it will save your crucial one year. And yes integrated B.SC + B.E.D fulfills the eligibility of government teacher.
