i want to become a illegial hacker,currently i am in 11 standard with PCB what should i have to do after 12 to become a professional hacker

As you are saying that u want to become an black hat hacker ,your mind is trained to do something harmful to public,but you can learn hacking as an ethical hacker it is the most demanding full paid job too,if you want to learn hacking there are really very good websites but before that you should learn some programming languages like python,java,c,c++.
Knowing one Language is enough for hacking but as a hacker you should be able to understand the bugs of other hackers,they may use different programming language .so First of all learn programming .

I m sorry to say becoming an illegal hacker is not that easy an illegal hacker is called black hat hacker.
While to become a hacker there are hacking training centers in various places in our country you can get trained and get certified but they train you as white hat hacker as legal hacker.
But to be hacker you sh6be good at computer languages
