hey,

neet score is not mandatory to get admission in psychology. it will be no problem that you have taken science stream in 10+2, even it is good because A science stream students can apply in others streams also. I have mentioned some college name below which offers 3 years b.sc course in psychology,  base on your 10+2 score, admission is offers.
