I want to become an IAS officer.I will give the UPSC Exam in the year 2025.Can you please suggest some preparation tips.

I can help you with the whole list of books that you should read and your timetable etc but that won't be a practical advice at this point of time.
Since you mentioned that you are going to appear in UPSC in the year 2025, i am assuming that right now either you are in 1st year of graduation degree or you just passed 12th. So, my first advise to you is that focus more on what you have right now, like if you are doing your bachelor's then focus more and more on the subject. Then after that whatever time is left with you do the following things I've listed below :
Now you must be thinking why I didn't add more details regarding what you have to read and what not. This is simply because you will attend civil service examination after 4 years and you never know when the syllabus will change because UPSC is unpredictable and any change can take place in syllabus anytime. So, it is better to invest more time in your graduation studies at this moment and just casually reading the the static subjects of upsc to build understanding.

- Develop habit of reading newspaper
- Start reading NCERT line by line and don't make notes in first reading.
- Try to understand terms related to Polity.
- Keep an eye on international events.
- Decide your optional subject based on your interest.
- Start reading the optional subject casually.
- Spend more time on YouTube in watching videos related to world affairs and relations between India and other countries.
- Download UPSC syllabus and read it everyday.

3.After completing all NCERT books,make a detailed analysis on previous years question papers.
4.Start reading reference books.

- Start with Class 6 NCERT.
- Read Class 6th to Class 12th NCERT(Subject-wise).
- First complete all 6th to 12th books of History and after that Geography,Civics and Economics.
- You can also study class 11th and 12th NCERT of Sociology and Psychology.
3.After completing all NCERT books,make a detailed analysis on previous years question papers.
- You can write some important and repetitive topics in your diary.
4.Start reading reference books.
- It would be easy for you to understand reference books because your basics will be clear up to this time.(All thanks to NCERT)
- Don't forget to make your best notes for preparation.
