I would suggest you to complete your 10+2 board exams.
Then, you can participate in tryouts and selections for the various clubs and/or the national team's under 19 section.
If selected, you will get a headstart.
If it is possible for you to afford, or you can get a sports scholarship, you can emigrate to countries like USA/European ones where your chances of becoming a full time footballer are higher due to bigger presence of the industry there.
