Hey,
To become an ips you need to give UPSC exam. For this exam you need to start preparing for the exam along with your corresponding UG degree. You need to improve your general knowledge. Start reading the current affairs. Also you need to make your english and aptitude strong. For now you should start with these things. And the rest of the syllabus you can cover up in the coming time.
