You can follow your dream after completing 10+2 in Commerce, as there is no hard and fast rule to complete 10+2 in any specific stream. First i should inform you that SHO(Station Head Officer) is not a direct post of an officer rather it is specifically a promotion post, what i meant is that you will be first appointed as an Sub Inspector and then after few years of work you will be promoted to SHO or inspector.

Eligibility for that is you must be graduated from a recognised university and you must be physically fit and healthy.
