As you are a PCB student then I am sorry to inform you that you aren't eligible for BTech Biotechnology. Thus you have one option left for BSc Biotechnology. Now the main difference in both the courses are:
With BSc Biotechnology you need to pursue MSc Biotech and the field can lead you to academics and research. This course can fetch you job after Msc Biotech but not after BSc.
Again BTech Biotechnology is an applied course. So you will have more job exposures after passing the course. Also this course is more industrial friendly. SO if you want to go for job then BTech Biotechnology is better as it saves some time for you and made you eligible for the industry.
