You can definately do the desired online. The most probable way is to visit the respective college official website, log in with your registered ID  and search for the process. After it's done, print out the cancellation form which you've got to submit in the college where you will also be asked to form another form manually in the admission cell and get your crucial documents verified. Fees will be adjusted accordingly.
