If you are going 2nd phase counseling for any examination then your 1st phase counselling result won't be cancelled. That mean you are having a college in 1st phase counselling but apply for 2nd phase then 1st college is not cancelled for you. But if you offered another college in 2nd phase counselling then your 1st phase counselling result will be cancelled.
